also known as Glenn Gonzales Stephens
Although Federal Employees Defense LLC (FED) specializes in the representation and settlement of federal-employee EEOC cases , FED also provides representation for private-sector EEOC cases, state EEOC (FEPA) cases, NLRB cases, and the exploding field of unemployment benefits representation.
Drawing on his background and experience in dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, bargaining) and doctorate in game theory and conflict psychology, the firm's Principal and Owner Dr. Stephens specializes in settlement prior to hearing or trial (92.7% settlement rate overall). FED's largest settlement ($1 short of a million) with USDA is one of the largest individual settlements in ADA history (there are larger class action settlements). FED's five largest settlements gained clients an average of $253,.
While most lawyers charge an arm and a leg - dozen of thousands in hourly fees or 33% contingencies - nearly all of FED's clients receive either free "pro bono" representation (based on income) or "low bono" representation - e.g. a $500 flat fees and/or a 10-15% contingency.
Although no bar license is required to represent clients before the EEOC, FEPAs, NLRB, and most state unemployment agencies (e.g., PA and VA), Dr. Stephens is negotiating with ODC to regain his DC Bar License and hopes to gain a PA Bar License no later than 2021.
You can't go wrong with FED - statistically proven results, pro- or low bono fees, and polite, respectful and appropriately humorous client-friendly representation.

Disappointed
Glen was very inadequate and often none responsive to my case. My case is now in jeopardy because he failed to follow thru with "discovery". I terminated Glen and found out after the fact he was suspended because of similar circumstances.

A Pro With EEOC!!

WHEN YOU WANT YOUR CASE DONE RIGHT
Glenn Stephens is who you want to hire. He is an extraordinary knowledgeable professional with many supporting credentials. He settled my Federal Disability Discrimination case in the United States Federal District Court in more than a timely manner, after I had been put through the legal wringer ...
"I have worked with Glenn on many matters from civil litigation to complex federal employment claims and I can say he is one of the most diligent and professional attorneys in the area. He is my subject matter expert on labor and employment law and I highly recommend him to any client in need of those services. He stands out from other attorneys in how he can fight when it's necessary but knows when negotiation and mediation are in his clients best interests. He always puts his clients first and his results show that."
"I have known Glenn Stephens for 20 years, and have always been impressed by his keen intellect and ability to cut through very complicated theories or ideas and explain them in a relatable way. When I first met him he was my political theory professor at UCLA, and we have remained connected professionally over the years during which I have watched his distinguished career path with admiration. I know him to be a thoughtful, and extremely hardworking professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

“Working, by negotiation, mediation, or litigation, to end my wrongful whistle-blower-retaliation-driven suspension by ODC. Run by former Biglaw hacks, OCD hates whistleblowers. https://www.corporatecrimereporter.com/news/200/whistleblower-lawyers-counterattack-against-dc-disciplinary-counsel/ After I whistleblew falsification of documents and waste of taxpayer monies at USDA, ODC retaliated with a 4-years vendetta including my suspension. If ODC won't right its wrongs, we go to court!”
