My case was a pretty ugly custody case. I've had problems building for years with an old custody order. Every issue between myself and my daughter's father was a disagreement. When I first met Rachel Schreck she was dressed and spoke professionally. She listened attentively. And she acted with urgenc...y keeping me informed all the way. We went the whole way through conciliation and then to trial. She is very knowledgeable and confident which made me feel comfortable. She reassured me the whole way and helped me understand everything going on. She knew my life by the time we got to trial and she asked all the right questions and knew what was most important to bring up. I was awarded primary physical custody and more. She helped save my family. My daughter gets the attention and schooling she deserves now and is set to attend the same school as her siblings now as well. My whole family has been so grateful and relieved. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone asking about lawyers. I've actually already recommended her to a few people.

Attorney Schreck helped us get custody of my boyfriend's son after years of being ignored, disrespected, disparaged and told what is going to happen by the mother, even if it went against the order set in place. Attorney Schreck gathered as much information as possible from us and then narrowed it d...own to focused points for trial, keeping the smaller details in mind in case we needed them later on. Attorney Schreck did a fantastic job of preparing us for court. She is very knowledgeable about the laws and court documents/requirements, as she filed many things (that we never would have known about) that helped us at trial. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to be on top of things and Attorney Schreck was very responsive and patient with me. I would recommend Attorney Schreck in a heartbeat. She carries herself in a manner that allows her to get her clients comfortable with her behind the scenes but is strong and confident in court. Needless to say, I was impressed with her representation and would use her again, if necessary.

Allowed a PA State Trooper (Tpr. Polcha) to tell HER ... "Watch your Client, he's emotionally unstable" and she DIDN'T tell Trooper Polcha, "You're out of line and very unethical and bias remark on 'personal' attack". What Atty. allows a (thug) PA State Police Trooper to engage in "personal feelings..." about their client? Atty. Schreck had no clue in my case.....never represented the facts and engaged in what "she thought" and not what was "in legal prospective". She looked like a scared rabbit w/ headlights right on her. Former Atty's have stated to me she didn't represent my case. Not expierenced ... needs more training before even handling small cases. NOT Recommended.
