This is the second time I have had to utilize Jason. I can say that Jason and his paralegal Jen are professional, courteous and honest. I had some very serious charges I was facing and Jason was not shy to give me the harsh truth about what could’ve transpired. I called the McShane firm when I got a dui and after talking to one of their lawyers who quoted me at $3000 I had to choose the cheapest option (1500). I didn’t realize I shoulda just paid for the REAL lawyer up front! Jason was consistently unprepared, even in court he had completely forgotten almos...t everything I’d told him about the situation. So he asks for a continuance. I didn’t realize he literally just used his lack of care and professionalism to scam us. We needed to come back to court, and in order to get Jason to come at all, it was gonna be ANOTHER 3000!!! Like I said, guess I should have just paid that first since at least THAT lawyer had a plan. Jason did nothing but take my money, attend court, ask for a continuance, and then proceed to demand an addition 3k for ANY services. Despite having just dropped the ball COMPLETELY. I wound up going into court MYSELF, finding the district attorney, and arranging the same deal Jason was essentially trying to charge me 3k for. I’m not even from PA! I had to drive over 3 hours for this every time!

I was going through a very Rocky road in my life and got my 3 DUI along with some other serious charges. I was looking at possibly 2 years in state prison. Jason is an amazing lawyer. He kept my mom out of jail and worked with us and the courts to make a very uncomfortable situation as tolerable as possible. His paralegal Nicole is also excellent and returns emails very quickly. Jason helped my mom so much in this very unfair situation, and I doubt ...things would have turned out well if it weren't for his interception. I highly recommend Jason.
