When Gunta was appointed as a public defender to defend my son he never once defended my son nor sujested that a Motion to Suppress Evidence could've ben filed, He was just there to make 'deals' with the DA.. My son was illegally stopped while driving, and the cop search his car with a vague 'probabl...e cause' and for not being well advised my son pleaded guilty A " small" probation and a small fine if he pleaded guilty he said, for paraphernelia, that turned out to be loosing our rights, parole officers bugging us and $1.087 dollars. A record should've been avoided for my son was at the time 18 yrs old. I don't recommend lazy attorneys because eventhough he was a Public Defender he was not working for free, the government paid him a salary to do a job on behalf the costitution of the United States.
