As the Borough Manager of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a town of over 9,000 people in Central Pennsylvania, I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for almost 6 years. Michael Miller has been tasked with providing advice and legal counsel on both the Borough's uniformed and non-uniformed unions.... Michael has been wonderful to work with and his confidence within his subject matter generates sound recommendations. This, matched with his attention to detail, has led to several favorable contract settlements in the Borough. In addition, when required,Michael excels in arbitration hearings. While these hearings can be stressful for management and Borough Council, Michael's professionalism and preparedness always leave me and my Borough Council members who have been in attendance impressed.
