Genuinely Good Person

I contacted Dennis shortly after my accident because I had questions about workmans compensation. It wasn't until he followed up with me that I decided to have a consultation and sign on with him. The process was about six months from start to finish. Dennis took the time to answer my questions, he f...ollowed up with me frequently, and he was professional the whole way through. I feel he did everything in his power to get the most out my settlement. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Worker's Comp Representation

I retained Mr. Kergick about six months into my case when it was discovered that I needed a second surgery. Until then the insurance company had been reasonable and also paid all medical bills. But when it came to my second surgery they cut me off and tried to send me back to work in pain. Mr. Kergic...k quickly handled all my concerns with the insurance company and also advised me that I may be entitled to a settlement for my work injury. During my recovery, Mr. Kergick was in contact with me often to update me on the progress of my case and always took the time to find out how I was feeling and answer all my questions. My case ended recently with a good settlement, one that the Judge actually made a comment on it being at the higher end of compensation for this type of injury.
