To all concerned: My situation with my recent divorce was quite unique. I had ideas of my own that were very unorthodox. Tim listened to them very closely and although they were different he heard me loud and clear of what I wished to accomplish. This was truly unexpected. My unique situation a...nd request were not only adhered to but improved immensely by Tim to best protect my interests that I did not realize I was leaving myself open for. Responses to question were prompt, to the point and accurate no matter the communication avenue used ie. email, phone and in person. When I first started this venture I was skeptical due to the "blood sucking Lawyer" bad rap and of course finances. The entire team at Colgan was extremely courteous and certainly more than capable. The total experience as tough as it was from a personal standpoint was nearly SEAMLESS!! Costs were reasonable, I was treated like I mattered and that they cared!! what else could you ask for? When considering filing for divorce, I knew I would want to go the "collaborative" route as we both were not going to make this an "ugly" experience for either one of us or our child. Mr. Colgan is a true professional. Every time he represented my case in court he knew what probing questions to ask and in a tactful manner made the opposing attorney appear inept.
