I have been in the private pratice of law since 1990.  The emphasis of my practice is in the labor and employment area inclusive of workers' compensation, social security disability, personal injury and unemployment compensation.  I am also a municipal solicitor.  I have the respect of friends and foes alike and am proud to say that my peers in the legal community refer me their friends and family when in need of legal help.  I hold leadership roles in the Bar including overseeing continuing legal education in Dauphin County and presenting legal seminars throughout the Commonwealth.

Workers' Compensation
Attorney Ronald Tomasko represented me on my lengthy Workers' Compensation case. Ron is well versed and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law. Ron traveled a three hour round trip distance, (at least a dozen times) to represent me before the Workers' Compensation Judge. He was always well prepared and on time. I can say without a doubt no other attorney could have performed better for me than Ronald Tomasko. After six years Ron's tenacity, and case law knowledge achieved a Workers' Compensation Judgement in my favor!! Competent Able and Professional
Mr. Tomasko resolved a complex contract dispute for me, during which I found him to be the consummate professional. The thoroughness of his preparation for hearings and courtroom proceedings was impressive. Exhibits were organized, relevant, timely, and effective. And I was completely satisfied with the outcome. His interaction with myself as a client was likewise very positive. My calls to his office were always taken when placed or promptly returned.
