Matthew Stephen Kopecki

Represented me in a 1st DUI case. I had prior convictions and Mr. Kopecki was up front with me through out the whole process. He worked for me and tried to get me what I wanted which was ARD. Both of us knew it would be a long shot. Mr. Kopecki came through with a win. I was so happy with my decision... to hire him. I called other attorneys who had outlandish fees. Matt's fees were reasonable and I couldn't have gotten a better attorney. Trust me. He gets the job done.

So I got into legal trouble a little bit ago and Matt was with me for everything. He walked me through the steps to get through everything and was nothing but polite. I ran into him on my travels through the court house when I couldn't find my probation officer. Matt just wrote her an email stating t...hat he ran into me whilst looking and there was no problems. Everyone at the office was very polite and welcoming. I'll never forget that his wife didn't take his last name so her name wouldn't be Becky kopecki.

When my minor son got into trouble I was devastated. I had gotten a referral from a friend of mine to seek advice from Matthew Kopecki. I was very happy that I did. Not only was Matt supportive to me as the parent but directed my son to the right path. My son was facing charges of possession of marij...uana, intent to grow, distribute, and sell, and a few other small charges. Matthew got busy right away on my sons case. The police search of my home was very questionable and Mr. Kopecki made an agreement with the DA to have my son's charges reduced to a consent decree. My son is an excellent student and young man that just got himself caught up with the wrong crowd. So instead of all those felony charges Matthew got them reduced to possession of a small amount of marijuana. I couldn't be any happier with the aggressiveness he took to defend my son.
