We hired Jessica Lowe (Smith) from JSDC Law Offices for a divorce/child custody case. Jessica handled our case very unprofessionally. She spoke to the other parties attorney and offered and accepted negotiations without first consulting with us and billed us for time that was not spent. We allowed ...her many opportunities to right her wrongs with no such luck. After about 3 years we ultimately ended up hiring another attorney because Jessica was not working for us and rather we felt she was only looking out for herself and wanted to spend no time doing what was right. Jessica decided to withdraw from our case and did not feel like defending us, when another lawyer stepped right up to the plate and did so immediately.
