Jay C Whittle

This review is well deserved and long overdue. Jay has represented me in many cases over the last 15 years, some cases I was absolutely guilty, others, I was not... and every time, the results I got with Jay by my side were outstanding, especially in my last cases where I basically had NO defense... ...just a great attorney. His rates are fair, his passion and knowledge of law is very evident, and he knows his way around a courtroom. With 17 years of experience practicing law in PA, and 20 years overall, he is even familiar with the judges, and that alone can be very helpful with providing accurate info on what to expect or not expect at all. What I always loved the most... was the honesty... he will outright tell ya if you're screwed! BUT, the BEST part of that is that Jay will help you and guide you to find solutions that will not only be helpful for you as a human, but can also be mitigating factors in any sentencing if the case must go forward. Thats huge in my opinion and he does genuinely care about those of us in recovery! Inside and outside of the courtroom! Even during my darkest days and times of relapse, when I considered my life/reputation to be "over/beyond repair", there was never any condemnation from Jay. Just reassurance, kind human consideration, compassion, and encouragement for a better future. He's a girl dad of 4 for many years too, so he totally understands family/kids and all of the things that come with the parent life. Regardless of the circumstances or charges against you, you can ALWAYS expect fairly priced representation from an experienced attorney that is willing to go above and beyond for his clients, innocent OR guilty. He's a good guy that knows the law, and I have always felt so blessed to say and recommend "Jay Whittle, that's MY attorney!" And trust me when I tell ya... if you knew my record and how my cases turned out, you wouldn't hesitate to call him first.

Jay was legitimately the reason I did not wrongfully end up with multiple felonies as well as years of State Prison time. He worked extremely hard to review every aspect of my case, and went out of his way more times than I can count to accommodate me when I had any concerns or questions. He was wond...erful at maintaining communication with me, all the while keeping me updated, and explaining my case to me in a way I was comfortable with, and able to understand. He never simply chose the easy route, he went above and beyond his basic duties as my attorney and actually fought for the justice I deserved. If it were not for Jay Whittle, my entire life would have gone in a completely different, horrendously negative direction. I would happily, and confidently recommend Jay to anyone!
