I felt like attorney Kendall genuinely cared about the troubles I had going on that I was looking for help with. He was honest and fully understood and respected my priorities. Which was very important to me. I felt a lot better after my consultation with him and offered to pay for it, even though there was no charge and he declined payment. If I ever need representation in the future I would call attorney Kendall right away. I also would recommend him to anyone who needs representation.
Attorney Kendall has always been professional, prompt and knowledgable regarding all my legal questions and needs. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a divorce or family law attorney.

Wonderful Attorney
Mr. Kendall is a wonderful attorney, not only has he helped myself and my family, with every case that we presented to him he handle it with great care and expertise. I am proud to say he won every case, I am also proud to call him a friend.
I have referred numerous people to Mr. Kendall he handled their cases with the same care and professionalism as he handled ours.
None of the people that I've referred have ever had a bad comment about Mr. Kendall to the contrary all of them said that he is absolutely excellent.
If you have a need for an attorney I would highly recommend Mr. Kendall
Sincerely William

| Hired Attorney
Won nothing but continued to collect.
I hired Attorney Kendall to represent me after a separation I received with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections in 2015. After the initial consultation and retainer, Attorney Kendall represented me at my unemployment and civil service hearing. He stated after the hearing and in multiple emails that he was confident in a positive outcome. In March 2016 the civil service commission dismissed my appeal. Attorney Kendall then asked the civil service commission for reconsideration and appealed my determination to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. After continued conversations and emails where Attorney Kendall stated that he was confident in a positive outcome, the civil service commission denied my reconsideration and the Commonwealth Court upheld the civil service commission’s findings. I personally believe Attorney Kendall had my best interests in mind and communicated well with me. However, working with the Scaringi Law firm it was a huge waste of money after a VERY large financial investment for absolutely nothing!! I question whether honesty was of virtue or if I was continually assured of the positive outcome due to my financial investment.

I would not recommend Atty Kendall for PA civil service cases.
Atty Kendall represented me in civil service case when he was in private practice several years ago. We had won that case. Thinking past performance is an indicator of future performance, I retained atty Kendall another civil service case when he affiliated with the firm Scaringi and Scaringi. The case involved a PA state employer manipulating civil service lists to hire friends, relatives and for EEO and denying employment to veterans. It involved interpretation of a statute. When I consulted with Atty Kendall, he said it was a clear violation of the civil service act. After spending $6,000 in attorney fees, I lost the case due to Atty. Kendall interpretation of the law. I considered taking the case to appellate court and consulted with a former attorney. After he reviewed the statute and case law, he said there was no way would have won. Before I lost the case with Atty. Kendall, I recommended him to a friend who another civil service issue. The case went to appellate court and Atty Kendall lost that case as well. Either I was lucky in my first case with Atty. Kendall or because he is now an Atty with a firm, he only cares about billable hours and not whether or not the case has any chance of succeeding. I contacted the Bar about being deceived and they did nothing. I would not recommend Atty Kendall for cases involving Civil Service law.

Response from Keith KendallNovember 13, 2017
The story told by Mr. Anonymous is a classic tale of "buyer's remorse." I represented Mr. Anonymous. He was warned that his case may not succeed. He chose to take a chance and proceed anyway. The case was not lost based upon a lack of effort or a misinterpretation of the law, nor was there any deception on my part. The case was lost due to exploring an unsettled area of law. I suspect this anonymous client simply regretted his investment in an uncertain outcome.
