good attorney

Kept me up to date on what was happening. Let me know what they were working on, would have secretary call so as not to make my bill to high, kept me informed of realistic goals

I was new to this process and very worried about what would happen. SHe kept me informed of what was happenning and kept me calm about the changes that were happening in my life. She never promised anything she couldn't deliver. I was very happy with the service.

Falsely accused in regards to PFA

Erin was a very excellent attorney for a petition filed for PFA against myself by my ex wife that made a whole list of false allegations to try to gain an upper hand in custody. Erin handled my case in a professional manner taking into account all of the fact's presented before her. She had the PFA... dismissed with no mishaps. She kept me very informed every step of the way which gave me comfort in an uncomfortable situation. I would definitely use her in the future if I needed to.

Save your money. 150 an hour for nothing.

Charged fees for emails and letters and calls that never happened or at least was unable to provide any proof that they happened. Overcharged for emails and then refused to discuss my bill. After several attempts to discuss the invoice which she refused to do, I took her to a fee arbitration AND WON...! She then sent me a NEW invoice charging me for her time and travel to an arbitration that she lost for overcharging. Never even set foot into court and I have over 3000 in fees. She knew nothing of our case and doesn't follow her own fee agreement with keeping you informed of her invoices and charges. She charged and spent more time "preparing" for her arbitration hearing against her than she did preparing for my case and still lost. Not only would I not recommend her, we are in the process of filing a claim with the discipline board. I took her to arbitration and won and she tried to bill me for her time. Unbelievable.

outstanding attorney

I don't know what these other people are talking about, probably never paid there bill and now want to complain. I had a great experience with this attorney. She kept me up to date on my case and treated me fairly. she always treated me with respect and answered all of my questions
