Frank has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable . As a small landlord I was looking for an attorney who not only could perform the requested work also explain in detail the law. After interviewing 4 attorneys, I opted to go with Frank. Since working with him he has drafted a resi...dential lease and a holding agreement. He has also been very responsive to the numerous tenant/landlord questions that I have had. His responsiveness was very important as the items were time sensitive. He has truly made it easier for me as a landlord/property manager.
