I had the misfortune of working with Katie Maxwell as my private attorney, and unfortunately, I experienced significant difficulties in communicating with her over the course of more than a month. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out and even attending court sessions without her, resulting in mu...ltiple continuances and ultimately necessitating the hire of another attorney. I strongly advise against retaining Kate Maxwell's services if one requires diligent representation, as she demonstrates a lack of concern for her clients' needs and fails to maintain adequate communication.

I have dealt with Katie Maxwell few times and I cannot stress enough how incompetent and rude she is. I have never seen an attorney that never review a case before entering a court room. A rookie can wipe the floor with Katie. I will not recommend her even if she pays me as a client. No wonder she ke...eps getting fired from a firm to another. Who would hire such a mediocre lawyer.
