Horrible is an understatement
I have dealt with Katie Maxwell few times and I cannot stress enough how incompetent and rude she is. I have never seen an attorney that never review a case before entering a court room. Should not be practicing criminal law
She should stick to the law practices she is used to. The ones gained 5 stars for. She doesn’t fight for her clients and don’t take the time to know the case before she throws them under the bus. If you you plan to hire her for a criminal case, think again.
