I hired attorney shore based on a referral. My case involved two counts of assault on law enforcement. I suffer from schizophrenia and it led to a mental break. Upon consultation, I was told what he needed upfront to appear on my behalf, and what he needed in total to represent me. My case took rou...ghly 2 years to resolve. Over the course of two years, those numbers never changed. I say to say that I can only imagine the amount of the time and and resources it took to resolve my case and I can see how some laywers would have taken the opportunity to charge additional fees for, whatever... He did not. Attorney shore fought like hell from start to finish to resolve my case and ultimately get me the help I need and keep me from a long period of incarceration. From timely responses, to giving me the time of day when I would have questions or concerns, and providing helpful and honest information directly, I was more than satisfied with his representation not only due to the outcome of my case, but also as a decent human being with a care for his work as an attorney.

I hired Casey Shore to represent me when I had my 1st and only DUI. After I completed all that was required of me, court, ARD ect. Mr. Shore closed my case. I also paid him to file the order for Expungement of all charges against me at docket #------ That was 4 years ago and recently I applied ...for employment that req. a background check and was shocked to see those charges listed on the report. All these years I thought it was expunged. I've contacted him, waiting for response.
