Great on all the simple matters to family law (I.e. Child Custody Modification, Child Support, and Divorce), but a total let down on the legal advice offered for on my move-away request matter. Although legal advice is no guarantee for any client in any legal mater, it wouldn't hurt to have a lawyer ...who believes in the case and not capitulate to opposing counsel(s) recommendation for an partial evaluator with no known public record on important legal matters [the opposing counsel in our case had worked with the evaluator on previous cases prior to this ours ("Hello" special interest)]. Not to mention, I had to pay her extra for errors in my custody order because there was no thorough review of the opposing counsels draft. If you want a knowledgeable, strong litigator and or someone impersonable, then go with Kim. If you want knowledgeable, strong litigator and someone with good customer service skills...then keep searching for another family law attorney. It took her two weeks to respond to my e-mails and toward the end of my experience in our case, surprisingly she had her inexperienced associate communicate and represent me at ex parte hearings. Nice kid, but that's not what you want going into a court room with a zealous opposing counsel. I think a previous post said it best, started out great but disappointed towards the end. I wish you good luck.
