About Tracey
Biography
Tracey Benson joined Miller, Kistler & Campbell in 1985. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, including insurance defense matters, land title and road disputes, loan collection litigation, municipal law, estate planning, and probate and estate administration.
Tracey has a unique technical background that is useful in representing clients with complex legal problems. A native of Centre County, Tracey attended Northwestern University, where he successfully obtained a mechanical engineering degree. Tracey went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, from which he graduated magna cum laude.
Tracey is an active member of the local community. In addition to enjoying recreational activities outdoors, Tracey has been involved for many years with the Boy Scouts of America, and he currently serves as the President of the Bellefonte Education. He lives in Bellefonte with his family.
