There are no words to describe how incredibly grateful we are to Mr. Hess for his professional, well-informed and experienced guidance through what was a very complicated and scary situation with my son. As a mom, I just have to mention the extra time he took with my son BEFORE we even retained him to explain his options and objectively share very important insights that proved he not only knew the ins and outs of the legal case, but also was a real human being who cared about the client he was talking to. It is obvious that he is well respected within the legal community and as a result, he was able to really advocate with the DA's office for the best possible outcomes for my son. We were also an out of state client, which I worried would make things complicated but Mr. Hess made everything SO easy for us to do and advised us on every aspect of the case and what we needed to do. He was always available to me and my son as questions came up and took time to thoroughly explain every detail of what to expect. At the worst times of our lives, he was a friend, an advocate and the most informed and expert legal representation I could of ever asked for. He did a lot of leg work that we were not even aware of before we even retained him as our lawyer to be able to offer the best guidance to my son as he made his decision. Communication was so easy and timely - Mr. Hess was always available by phone or email and was very quick in his response. He made things so clear, and helped a scared 21 year old (and his equally scared mom) understand his options and consequences in a way that was easily able to be processed. When I made that first call to him, I knew right away he was the person for us as he personally answers the calls himself, responds to the emails himself and is there when you need him. Being out of state I had no recommendations to go on, but I can't imagine where we would be if I had not found Mr. Hess (great marketing and 100% accurate!). I can not recommend him highly enough, it was the best decision we ever made.
