He charges ahead of time as well, so not only did he charge for a job he didn't do, but he charges a big sum as well. Save yourself and find another lawyer.

We are trying to work with him and he initially consulted us and gave us plenty of useful information. But then he suddenly became very busy and we are not able to get a hold of him ever since.
