My parents both filed for residency over 6 months ago. With that being said, in the beginning he was extremely responsive and useful. We went to go file the papers and after that we have not heard or been able to get in contact with him since. We are not in the look for another lawyer and have to res...tart the process due to him taking his sweet and lovely time. He charges ahead of time as well, so not only did he charge for a job he didn't do, but he charges a big sum as well. Save yourself and find another lawyer.

We are trying to work with him and he initially consulted us and gave us plenty of useful information. But then he suddenly became very busy and we are not able to get a hold of him ever since. His receptionist can’t get him to reply to us. The receptionist also doesn’t do his scheduling and have no ...idea what he’s up to. We have being waiting on this guy and wasted about a month now and our case is extremely time sensitive. So, if you happen to have the same issue with Mr. Fleming, it’s probably better to take your business elsewhere.

I have to say when we first hired Mr.Fleming he gave me hope and I was happy with everything! In the beginning he was good about answering my calls and so forth... but then he got very difficult to get in touch with and failed to keep us updated with my dads court dates, We at times had to call the c...ourt ourselves to find out times and dates! He's represented my dad for about a year now and only seen him once! ONCE! Thanks to him not meeting and preparing with my dad cost my dad to lose the case and now my dad is being deported! We had the court room full of family and all in tears and he didn't even care! He ran out the court and was no where in sight! Didn't explain nothing to us or even a simple "im sorry" ... now court is appealed and its been 2 weeks since the court hearing and guess what NO WORD FOM HIM! ive called and even texted Mr. Fleming but have no answer still til this day... So I thank you Flaming for nothing. Im happy u have ur lil family at home must be nice!
