Scott Nathan Pletcher

i payed attorney Pletcher when i was booked on criminal attempt criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person. he work hard higher the best private investigator. and when the push came to shove he got the case dismissed and i was told by a lot of attorneys i was up the ...creek without a paddle. until Mr. Pletcher save my life. so anyone who disrespect him or say hurtful stuff u don't know him to well.

I hired attorney Pletcher for two separate cases. On neither account did he fight for any lesser charges on my behalf. On one occasion, he showed up to the courthouse after I was realeased from a weekend in county (brought in on a warrant for a missed court date) with papers already signed and my sen...tence basically finalized without my chance to find out my options or fight for a lesser charge (which was totally possible after speaking with lawyers after the fact). He may be affordable but you really get what you pay for. If you want someone to fight for your rights, I highly suggest taking your services elsewhere.

My husband had a PFA dismissed against him and was not given his firearms back. Scott did an exceptional job. He researched what he needed to do with the laws involved. He came to the hearing well-informed and had a great opening statement to the judge. Scott kept us informed of what he found in his... research through the whole process. This was the second lawyer we had to hire, because we had no confidence in the first lawyer. Highly recommend Scott. And we are hiring him for some future work also.

HE IS AWFUL. AVOID USING PLETCHER AT ALL COSTS! He was completely unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I needed to continue the trial and emailed him telling him this and left several voicemails throughout the period of a month and heard nothing back. He did not tell me when to go to court, an...d he did not even show up to the trial! I just found out through the mail that I was found guilty and now may lose my license, and I was not even represented! I called him to find out what happened and after five more voicemails and three emails he called me asking to pay him more money!
