I've specialized in criminal defense litigation for the past 35+ years. Particular areas of expertise include charges associated with assault, sexual crimes, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and more.

Driving under the influence (DUI) is one of the major focus areas of my practice. I specialize in helping clients understand Pennsylvania DUI law and in successfully resolving DUI-related cases, so clients can get their lives back on track.

As a criminal defense attorney, litigation is a major part of my State College law practice. While I often work with clients to resolve cases outside of the courtroom, in many instances cases go to trial. Starting with my years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, I have honed my litigation skills over thousands of cases of varying circumstances.

I help some clients with the creation of wills and living wills. While not a core focus area of my law practice, I'm more than happy to assist with the life planning process.
