A Penn State football player was charged with sexual and indecent assault in 2006. My client steadfastly maintained his innocence. We were able to get the Felony sexual assault charges dropped prior to ... trial. At trial, we successfully petitioned the judge to admit new evidence about the accuser. This evidence led to the State dropping the Misdemeanor charges in lieu of a guilty plea of Disorderly Conduct and a $300 fine. (a Summary offense in Pennsylvania).
