My case went on for 3 years. He continued many hearings and also would never return any messages. He will make you feel alone & with out any feeling of being represented . I picked jurors , then 4 days before trial i thought we were going to start working on the defense . But he tells me he re...cieved a plea. They never sent any pleas but 4 days before trial, they decide to send one over. He pushed this plea like a used car salesman so he can take 7500 and ride off with out even finishing any of my witness statements. He said take this plea and no fines or community service this will be a fresh start i said jan 1st its over!! Mind you I was thrown in jail leaving his office because I didn't take the plea. I sent over evidence while I was there and something was posted. I was told taking ard wouldn't hurt with custody. Come to find out . I have fines and it might be used against me . I am currently getting all my evidence from his office and I am searching for an attorney outside of blair county. I've been to these court proceedings about 80 times. I've heard the quiet convos with the DA and the attorneys. They all work together. We are the product and they sell fear. You pay a lawyers in order to take a plea. Doesn't matter if your innocent they will not fight for you in trial And good luck with finding a lawyer that will mess with there money stream. Attorneys endorse judges . Judges play ball with Attorneys. And the DA couldn't care less about justice . It's a system to suck money from the community. Dickey when your time is up and you reach the gates. Id love to be a fly on the wall. We need decent people/ regular blue collar people to be magistrate judges Because there needs to be PROOF for something to move to trial.. but no .. its a money funnel. I pray folks wake up to this scam because it's the worst crime happening in blair county. And dickey fight for those that don't understand this yet. We paid for help.. we were all vulnerable and you guys prey upon us. Knowing that you n Pete weeks are going patty cake behind closed doors. ONLY HIRE OUT OF TOWN LAWYERS. AND HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE 10K Il tell you what I've learned.

I paid Attorney Dickey 5 digits of money, to fight a criminal case for a family member. We very seldom seen Dickey, we got his assistant. My son took a plea deal for 6 months of drug training in a state prison. Well my son is sitting 3 years in state prison, I went today to see why and what I can ...do. Well again today I got his assistant. I didn't pay 10,000.00 to talk to the assistant. I will pursue this on my own without Attorney Dickey or his assistant. Thanks for nothing Attorney Dickey at first you make everything all good nice guy, until you drain the money from us. Then you set back and send your assistant and break all your promises from day one. SMH... SHAME ON YOU!!!!! YOU ARE A WAIST OF MONEY... so sorry for my son I ever mentioned your name. Thank you today for showing me what I already knew. I hope you can sleep well and smile in a mirror.
