Tom represented me on a DUI in 2017, he followed through with every word he told me at my consultation. I got to keep my license and my job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my case. Tom was the best lawyer I ever had. I have had him for several cases, one being a felony and he did everything he promised. never let me down. During consultation I was promised the probation without verdict deal on a felony marijuana charge. PWOV is basically say you messed up, go to drug counseling classes, and complete your probation. If all the previous criteria were met my record would be expunged. I completed everything but the probat...ion, I've done half and Dickey's office is in the process of petitioning my judge to drop the second year. He was hard to reach, and would often send is other lawyers to my court dates, but in my eyes he didn't really need to be there, I was just taking a plea deal. His other lawyer's are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing with the smaller cases. I would highly recommend Dickey's offices at this point in my experience. That being said if they can't swing getting me off early, or there is any issue with my record being expunged, that recommendation would change
