John is an idiot..and definitely has issues with women who are outspoken....he feels threatened by those who don't agree with him . he does not care about the secondary people...he only cares about the person who "hired"him. ..no regards to Truth!!! As long as you pay ur bill...we don't need the Trut...h... we'll make it fit the agenda...He claims to be a man of God ...I don't think he is made in God's image..lies and threatens... Adult bullies...he fluff's with open ended lies. ..glad he didn't make judge!!!

Hired Sisto for a child support case. I waited two months for him to get back to me as to how we would proceed because of it being across state lines. Never heard back. I finally called 4 months later and the rude secretary said it was because I never paid my retainer. I said I absolutely did and th...ey still claimed I didn't. They tried to tell me it was $3000 when I was told $1000, which I paid. They said yes you signed for it $3000. I asked to see it and they had the wrong paperwork in my file. Sisto told me to shut up on the phone call all because he said he saw me in August and I said Sir I didn't hire you until November. You have the wrong retainer amount and wrong file. He never apologized or said it was his error. He is arrogant and lazy.

If you are looking for the definition of LAZY...John sisto is your guy. You want to talk about quick to take your $2,500 then not want to do a damn thing. It’s truly sad, but this guy literally has is “secretary’s” trained to do whatever it takes on the phone to make sure he doesn’t have to do any...thing. Heaven for bid you actually want a little representation or to even talk to John on the phone....another $300. I’m not a negative person but I honestly am just lookin out here. If you do ever get the chance to see John you will realize that he is even embarrassed by his lazy he is. It really sad but true!

My wife and I had John Sisto for attorney in a child custody case. Although, John's knowledge of the law is good he constantly showed us that his court room experience was far from SUPERIOR. He would consistently try to make deals with the opposing party without going in front of the judge. This at...torney is not an aggressive attorney so if that is what you after. YOU will have to look elsewhere.
