Justin is outstanding in his understanding of criminal cases in Erie and how to best handle them. My case involved 2 misdemeanors and a summary offense that happened during a medical episode where I had no idea of what I was doing. Justin looked at the 100+ pages of medical information I provided h...im and he explained that although that was the circumstance the incident still happened. Although I was never physically arrested charges were filed. While I was ready to have doctors come to testify, Justin reassured me that was the “Hail Mary” if we needed it. The day of the preliminary hearing Justin spoke to the officer beforehand and I don’t believe he mentioned the medical issue but he and the officer agreed that I have a clean history so the incident was reduced to the lowest summary offense. Justin also spoke with the Judge and the lowest possible fine was imposed. Justin’s preliminary work, history in the Erie criminals courts and most importantly his communication with me throughout the process has made me completely dismiss the notion that lawyers are evil. I never in my life would have thought I would need a criminal lawyer, but unfortunate circumstance can happen to anyone. So far so good very pleased . First lawyer I talked to said "good luck with that" Justin has guided me through everything ! Extremely responsive . Last attorney I had , I had to actually schedule a hearing or show up at his office to get a response outta him .
