Everything was made clear on the website , step by step. Read the instructions and paper work carefully. There are extra fees if you have to refill or are missing paperwork. That being said all that was made clear and was up front from the beginning. Any questions I had were answered promptly . Did h...ave an issue sending paperwork back to them , not sure why ,sent it email, scan , pictures, fax.....they fixed whatever issue it was . Overall prompt ,professional, and courteous. I'd recommend to anyone filing a no fault divorce.

While I had no problem with this law firm, I did have a problem with their constant reminders of telling me how much I'd have to pay if I called them with a question or if I had a question after I'd submitted any paperwork. I realize that the cost was unbeatable, but I could tell that they really did...n't care about me as a client, and just wanted to get their money. Even saying that, I would still recommend them if you have a simple uncontested divorce like mine.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! These people are not good at what they do, at least not in my case. Call an attorney that actually help you, not file your paperwork, then violate law and leave you with no representation, without any warning, after you've fully paid for the services. This forced me to reta...in another attorney, at additional expense, and caused all sorts of issues with my divorce. If there were a way to give them ZERO stars, or less, I would. Terrible customer service to boot.

I had my doubts about how this process would work and in the back of my mind was prepared to have to hire a "real" divorce attorney and spend thousands of dollars. This was the best experience I could have hoped for in light of the situation. Everything went exactly as I was told it would.
