I’m the Power of Attorney for a friend of mine. After filing for divorce, he was put in an unfortunate position where he thought he would not be able to continue the process. It took him a few weeks to be able to, but he eventually contacted Cairns Law Offices to inform them of his situation. Along with that phone call, I got a few follow up calls & emails to keep me abreast of the progress of the divorce as well. The divorce went through in the timeframe they gave us. Actually, a day, or two earlier. I also received the hard copy of the notarized divorce decree within 3 days of receiving the email that the divorce was finalized.
