I hired Attorney Nash as legal council for my custody case involving my grandchildren. I was looking to provide stability and the care my grandchildren needed that their parents could not provide. My case involved the parents living out of state and my having guardianship of two of my grandchildren,... and an initial custody order from another county on the third child. Joe was always courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions from the initial consult to end of my case. Joe kept me abreast of what was happening with each step of my case. I never felt rushed or as though I was bothering him. Joe truly cared about me and the children he was representing. While my initial case was being handled, a second case came about when my daughter returned to Pennsylvania with the fourth child, and Joe was very responsive to my emails and phone calls handling this new matter of an emergency custody case quickly placing this matter before the courts to protect the child. Subsequently, we were awarded full custody of all four children. His fees are fair and his expertise is well worth what I paid and more. Joe takes the time to explain your case so that you understand what will/could happen. He is very professional but always down to earth. I know Joe has many clients, but when you speak with him or he is representing you, you feel as if you are the only client. I would most definitely hire Joe again and I highly recommend him.

I needed a parental consent form to travel internationally with my son for a family vacation. My sons father was not willing to sign the form. Mr. Nash prepared and presented the petition to a judge on my behalf and we were granted permission for travel. Mr. Nash was professional, completed everythin...g in a timely manner, and kept me informed and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
