DUI case for my husband in progress. Managed to get some charges dropped which made the case eligible for ARD. He seems to have good relations with local law enforcement officials and judiciary personnel. Busy guy. Not the most expensive (close) but not the least expensive. Impressed us on initial me...eting, which was very reasonable in cost. Recommended to us as "gold standard for DUI" by a current Butler County inmate. Pleased so far.

He helped with a settlement for 40% but withheld $5000 because he said the assistant office may come after some of the money but I am disabled and he should have known that is not the case. I later need help with a duo case, he charged me $5000 right off the top and then he got really expensive, taki...ng advantage of my situation. He was not prepared for court. It was like my case was at the mercy of the judge. He didn't even try. I talked to other inmates and they had the same kind of experience.
