My first impression was that she had cared about me and wanted to do what was needed. She and her team did what was needed for the first few months. However, throughout the process lack of communication occurred on her end. She quoted one rate for things at our consultation which turned out to no...t be accurate. She charged more than once for the same document. She never listened to me and fulfilled my needs after I told her not to do one thing. She promised me that I would be divorced in a year. That was 12-2018 and it is approaching three years as I am still stuck in the abusive relationship that I reached out to her to end. I sent numerous emails throughout the months where she and MacKenzie stopped doing anything related to my divorce. My last email was approximately one month ago. I kept telling both of them that it was still my intention to divorce but never received any communication back. Calling the office is a joke because you are told that the message will be relayed and just like emails they are ignored. I have done some research as a friend had recommended her and from what this friend told me there are others that feel that she did not meet their needs. Be forewarned that you will be overcharged and that she may not always have your best interest in mind.

After consulting with many attorneys in the surrounding area, and finding no comfort, or confidence in any, I was referred to Gail. She immediately put my fears to rest. She is courageous, confident, and understanding. Most of all, she has fought for me. The last two years, I have been granted a lon...g term PFA, which honestly, has probably not only saved my life, but sanity as well. We have endured a nasty custody battle, and divorce. When I thought there was no hope, Gail brought me back to light. She is very responsive via e-mail, which is what I prefer. However, if there is a pressing issue, or question, and I need to call the office, I am answered almost immediately. If you are looking for an attorney who is willing to fight for you, no matter how difficult the case may be, Gail is the one for you.

She will tell you how to spend as little as possible and when something isnt right she will make it right! She will go out of her way to help you in your time of need...She is a caring lawyer who is knowledgeable on pretty much every law! Worth every penny is my opinion! She won 9/10 against my ex an...d the time that she didn't win she still got me what i wanted just in a different way! She will tell you before hand what is going to be the probable outcome..I hired her even after reading some of these nasty reviews because lets be real what actually happened that made them write such nasty things?? People do not understand they're not the only client!! Enough rambling from me I could go on about Gail and her whole firm but you should see for yourself!

So I'm older. Long and miserable marriage. we've been apart for decades but I was scared to file for divorce because I had friends who got took to the cleaners. Gail had this plan to get me out. And it worked! I'm happily divorced and unscathed. Gail likes a challenge. If you need a lawyer, hire her.... Jill
