Kurt Richard Nilson

I was trying to sell my house & a realtor referred me to Attorney Nilson. He explained everything I needed to do & walked me through the entire process step by step. I am living in Florida, selling my house in Johnstown to a family in New York & it was a very stress - free process. I did not have... to make a trip in to complete the sale; he handled everything for me working with the buyer's attorney to make sure all the proper paperwork was completed. He was extremely helpful & very down to earth. He took the time to explain anything I had questions about. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I assisted my mom in selling her home and did most of this remotely. Kurt was recommended to me and he proved to be a valuable resource in the closing process. He was able to take care of everything for us remotely. He was prompt in answering the phone and emails throughout the pre-closing process.... In the end, I did not even have to travel several hours to attend the closing as he represented me and eliminated this travel time and expense. Overall, Kurt was very helpful and his fees were quite reasonable.

We were in the process of purchasing a second home and were doing our process from out of town. Mr. Nilson did an excellent job for us, identifying all the steps required and kept us informed all along the way. He also performed the closing for us since we were not able to attend the scheduled dat...e. He was also very flexible since we had some last minute adjustments to make for the final closing. Mr. Nilson was always informative and up to date on all the closing requirements. We would highly recommend Mr. Nilson for anyone who would need these services.
