Top notch service from a down to earth team!
We originally hired Marshall to represent us within a custody case, and as things drug on from the other side, we were always informed of new revelations and instructed on our best options at the time. While this case is still ongoing we also used them for our real estate transaction. Marshall and his staff made the process so easy and even caught mistakes made by the lender. We would certainly recommend this firm!

Big help during real estate transaction
I had a real estate transaction for my business with a deadline that kept being extended. When the closing finally happened, I was out of town and Marshall and his team helped keep the process going so we could complete the transaction. If it wasn't for that, the deal may have fallen through. He and his team did a lot of leg work for the transaction to make it smoother for myself. Thank you Marshall!

Very Professional and Personable
We wanted to purchase a summer home in PA and didn't want to have to use a Realtor, nor travel from FL. Mr. Chriswell handled everything over the phone with us from writing the contract and emailing it to us, to signing all of the documents and doing the closing! It was Great. His secretary was awesome as well!

Most thoughtful and caring individual.
We needed expert advice on preparing our wills but could not make it to his office so Mr Chriswell and Melissa came to our house to prepare all the paperwork. Preplanning was so important to us and he went above,and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend his services.

Excellent experience
Marshall helped my wife and I put together a basic will and power of attorney etc. for our daughter last year. Neither of us are particularly knowledgeable about this sort of thing but he walked us through everything in detail and made sure we knew what was happening. He pulled everything together for us in no time at all and we were very pleased with the experience over all. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and the office was welcoming. I felt like we made the right choice.

House Closing
Marshall represented my wife and for the closing on our house. He was highly professional and provided great insight throughout the process. There were a few obstacles we faced with the lending company, and Marshall worked through them with us and made the process easy. On closing date, everything was well organized and went very quickly. Will not hesitate to use in the future.

Extremely Pleased
We recently hired Marshall to write up our will's, POA's and to fix an issue with the deed to our house. We were THRILLED with his professional conduct and the way he easily explained everything to us. We were comfortable and trusting of his abilities. I was most impressed when we went to the court house to notarize the documents. He had everything organized and ready to go. It was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Handling Real Estate Dispute
Marshall represented me in a real estate dispute against a very large global corporation. Marshall did a great job explaining the law, and his assessment of the case was right on. He's not affraid to dig in and he never backed down from a very formidable opposition. Not only was a I satisfied with the outcome, but I was extremely happy. Marshall displayed both personal and proffessional counsel and his experience and skill made me feel at ease. I hope I don't need legal counsel any time soon, but if I do, I know Marshall is someone I can trust to go to bat for me.

Closing on my first home.
Marshall handled all legal matters regarding the closing of my home purchase. He was always available to answer any question I had and he displayed great patience dealing with a lender that was not very cooperative. I highly recommend Marshall and I will be using him for all my legal matters in the future.
