I switched attorneys and hired Chris Welch half way through my custody and divorce proceedings. Some people told me switching attorneys mid way through my case could be detrimental but that was not the case at all. Chris picked up the pieces half way through my case and dedicated many, many hours navigating me through my very difficult custody case. Chris is our attorney for settling child support and parenting plan. I cant say enough good things about his ability as an attorney! We recently had our case transferred from WA state to PA with Chris's assistance. He was able to have child support terminated for a 20 year old we were paying for, we ...fought WA state for 2 years and no results. Chris was able to have results within 30 days. We have custody of 2 boys in which the mother is supposed to pay support, she continues to hide income and is constantly late paying. Chris was able to find all her income and it is now deduct from her retirement check which means our boys get the support they need on time. Whenever we consult with Chris in his office or by email I feel a sense of relief after talking with him.
