Christopher Shawn Welch

Christopher S. Welch, Esquire is a partner with the law firm of Budash & Welch. Mr. Welch was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after attending Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and receiving his Juris Doctor degree. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court, Mr. Welch is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Indiana County Bar Association. He is also a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and the Federalist Society. Mr. Welch has represented individuals as well as Fortune 500 corporations.  In the past, he has served as the solicitor for a number of municipalities. Attorney Welch is active in the community and has been involved with Indiana Midday Rotary; was the past district chairman of the Boy Scouts of America; has served as the presiding justice at the Elks 931; is a member of the Masons Blue Lodge No. 313 and has been involved with Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Business Advisory Council and Indiana Regional Medical Center’s Ethics Committee. Mr. Welch resides in Indiana County, Pennsylvania with his family.
