Dave handled my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case flawlessly from beginning to end. He treated me like a friend, explained everything perfectly, told me what he needed, talked me off the ledge when I panicked. He prepped me for the Creditors meeting and it was easy. He was kind, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with him as your attorney. He is not just after your money - he truly wants to help. By far the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. 10 out of 10!

Don't hesitate to call him
He's just awesome. I was embarrassed & ashamed to file bankruptcy, & I knew very little of the law. I came to learn I had a fairly simple, straightforward case, so I'm pretty confident that most lawyers could have handled the legal side as proficiently (or close to) as he did. However, his expertise in the law is only part of the reason I so highly recommend him. To me, where he really stands out is in his character & personality. From day 1 til the end, he only ever treated me with the utmost respect. He never once made me feel any of the shame & embarrassment I was putting on myself. Instead, he actually helped me to get over it to a large extent through both what he said & how he treated me. Mr Romito is easy to get ahold of, charges a fair price, is easy to talk to, trustworthy & just a really nice, down to earth guy. Of course no one wants to get into a situation that requires filing bankruptcy, but if it happens, David is absolutely the guy you want.

Down to Earth
Dave is one of those people that you feel good to meet. He helped me with my bankruptcy case just after the laws changed. He talks to you as an equal and guided me through the process. My case was discharged. I don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dave will always help
Dave always got back to me right away even though I kept calling with questions. I hired him 3 years ago and recently needed my discharged papers which I lost I called him up and with in minutes he emailed them to me. I would recommend him if you want things to get done and know that even after your court date he is still there for you

Dave made a difficult decision easier
I had originally gone to a popular large firm and felt as if my bankruptcy was more important than my financial welfare. Therefore, I decided to make an appointment with Dave and I immediately felt as though my best interests were being addressed. I recommend his services over any large firm. I appreciated the individualized attention.

AMAZING, HELPFUL, CARING, TALENTED, TRUSTED LAWYER - bankrupt
When our life became so over whelming, due to medical bills, over all bills, etc. we didn't know where to turn. My friend recommened Attorney Romito, and it was the hardest call to make BUT the most and BEST call we could have done. I am thankful to her and to Attorney Romito. If this situation is facing you, if you were like us, embarrassed, scared, felt totally helpless and lost as what to do, and WHO to turn to...with a lot of prayer..finally made the call and met with Attorney Romito. Great Bankruptcy Attorney
David helped with a Chapter 7 in 2011. He was great to work with. He also responded in a very timely manner and was willing to communicate with me through whichever medium I preferred (email in my case). He told him everything I needed to expect and he was correct about it all. I would recommend David to anyone.
