I was born and raised in Carroll County, Maryland. Immediately after high school, I served in the United States Air Force for four years and then the Hawaii Air National Guard for three years.
I graduated from St. Leo College with a B.A. in Criminology, Summa Cum Laude, and from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University with my Juris Doctor.
During law school and for many years after, I worked as a clerk and then as a contract attorney for Richard L. Bushman, Esquire. Immediately after law school, I worked as a law clerk for two years for the Honorable John D. Kuhn in the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, Pennsylvania. I then was hired as an associate attorney for McQuaide Law Office and worked for Robert L. McQuaide, Esquire, for approximately seven years. McQuaide Law office is located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
In 2008, I moved to Indiana County, Pennsylvania. My husband has three beautiful children who attend school in Indiana County. Before opening Eshelman Law Office, LLC in 2014, I worked as an associate attorney at Silverman, Tokarsky, Forman & Hill, LLC from February 2010 until March 2014. My main practice area is family law and includes adoption and estate planning. I recently joined the esteemed firm of Ferguson Law Associates, of Counsel, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
I currently practice in Westmoreland, Cambria, Indiana and Somerset Counties. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section; the Westmoreland County Bar; the Westmoreland County Bar Association, Activities Committee Chairperson and Planning Committee member; the Cambria County Bar Association and the Indiana County Bar, with a social membership in the Indiana County Bar Association.
