John Martin Hauser III

Attorney Hauser was born and raised in Latrobe. After graduating from Latrobe High School in 1997, he subsequently attended Westminster College, where he graduated cum laude in 2001, attaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in the double-majors of Economics and Political Science. Graduating from The Law School at Duquesne University in 2004, Attorney Hauser is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Hauser is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Westmoreland Bar Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is a past prsident of the Ned J. Nakles Inns of Court. In conjunction with these affiliations, Attorney Hauser serves on the Board of Governors of the Beta Phi Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and is a former Chairman of the Board, is the volunteer coach of the Derry Area High School Mock Trial Team, and serves on the Board of the Ned J. Nakles Inn of the American Inns of Court. He is also a member of Holy Family Parish in Latrobe.  

Attorney Hauser practices in matters involving all aspects of family law, DUI's and criminal law, personal injury, estate planning, and he sets up small businesses.

In 2009, Attorney Hauser received the award of being named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Westmoreland Bar Association.  He has also been recognized as a Rising Start by SuperLawyer magazine and Pittsburgh Magazine for four consecutive years (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013).
