Mr. King has a general civil litigation practice. He has a strong reputation of being a meticulously prepared and passionate advocate for his clients. Bradley represents individuals and businesses in estate administration/litigation, real estate and contract disputes, title insurance defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases. He provides counsel to clients on estate and trust planning and management as well as for-profit and non-profit businesses on business and commercial law, including structuring or re-structuring all types of businesses, drafting business contracts, corporate documents, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills/healthcare directives.
Mr. King has expertly handled all aspects of complex litigation in trial courts throughout Pennsylvania, as lead trial counsel in both jury and non-jury trials. He has also successfully argued numerous cases on appeal before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Mr. King takes pride in keeping his clients’ interests as the top priority throughout each case as well as keeping his clients well-informed and being accessible to his clients at all times, either by telephone or appointment. Mr. King represents clients throughout Western Pennsylvania, including the counties of Westmoreland, Fayette, Somerset, Allegheny, Washington, and Greene.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Mr. King was born and raised in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and has worked in the legal field in various capacities since 1999. After he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in History from Gettysburg College and with a law degree from Villanova University School of Law, Mr. King returned to Greensburg to work for King & Guiddy, the law firm founded by his father more than 35 years ago.
