Biography
The Constitution is Non-Negotiable, and I'm proud to offer passionate representation to protect the rights of every one of my clients. As a native of Western Pennsylvania and a current area resident, I am strongly invested in the community. Since founding my Somerset criminal defense and personal injury law firm in Somerset in 1997, I have worked hard to protect the rights and best interests of the individuals and businesses I represent. In addition to my legal practice, I serve as president of the Somerset County Bar Association, serve on the board of Somerset Country Club and support numerous local initiatives to enhance the community.

Excellent representation in a personal injury case

Expensive & Condescending
Initially, Mr. Zatko responded immediately to my inquiry on his website. I’m not exactly sure how he was able to review it, as he later affirmed not being keen on electronic communications (i.e. email); but at no point was Mr. Zatko respectful of my priorities as a client.
