Biography
The Constitution is Non-Negotiable, and I'm proud to offer passionate representation to protect the rights of every one of my clients. As a native of Western Pennsylvania and a current area resident, I am strongly invested in the community. Since founding my Somerset criminal defense and personal injury law firm in Somerset in 1997, I have worked hard to protect the rights and best interests of the individuals and businesses I represent. In addition to my legal practice, I serve as president of the Somerset County Bar Association, serve on the board of Somerset Country Club and support numerous local initiatives to enhance the community.

CDL left lane violation
Great people to work with and showed up to court for me!!! I got a left lane thru a tunnel and they got it dropped to a non moving violation which I'm happy with because it no points! Very hassle free aswell pay there fee and they take care of the rest!

Great results
I received a traffic ticket on the turnpike, and it would be too far and time consuming to go to the court myself. I contacted attorney Zatko, and got assurances that he would take care of it.
