Condescending and arrogant. He thinks he’s God on earth and acts like he is smarter and better than everyone else, can never get ahold of him let alone does he return any phone calls. avoid

Terrible!
There’s many mixed reviews for this guy but the good ones must have been lucky or had simple cases. Him and his office manager lie, don’t communicate and delay! You have to ask for updates on your case and all they care about is sending bills and asking for more $! Do not waste your time or energy on...

Replied last July 27, 2026This former client will not put her name to her post. However, we terminated this former client because she abused my staff. I do not tolerate my staff being abused. My staff are hardworking people and do the best they can. As for the comment on the office manager, she has been with me for a decade and a half and is loved by all, including individuals in the court system. This former client received a letter from my office informing her of the reason for the termination of our services and apparently this is her reaction, well so be it. I will always stand up for my employees.

Took my money
James did absolutely nothing on my civil lawsuit in 2 years he filed my complaint that I could have done for free two years later he knew I gave him my life savings I made that clear and he knew he could take my money and I can’t fight back I’ve had attorneys tell me he can’t just take your money I ...

Replied last November 03, 2024I know who this person is making this review. I cannot provide names due to ethics reasons, but I will respond: 1. The person who wrote this review refused to cooperate with my investigator and with my office when we repeatedly requested cooperation. 2. During the course of my investigation, we found that this individual was not telling the truth about key information and would routinely berate my staff and it is my policy to protect my staff/employees; they do not deserve to be treated in such a manner, 3. Everything was filed to preserve this individual’s rights and the Court permitted our withdrawal, 4. We welcome any other attorneys who wish to discuss this matter to contact us and these attorneys will be dealt with according to the facts and with counter suits under the Dragonetti Act. This is a disgruntled individual who lives in a distorted view of reality. I would not be surprised if this individual didn’t even write the review but had one of her family members do so.

Lazy
This attorney was extremely lazy, not filing, not communicating, not doing the legwork reguired on my case. I'm still suffering the repercussions of his neglect on my case, years later. . He’ll be more aggressive towards you than the opposing party. Would not recommend.

wish I could change lawyers
I cannot get this lawyer to return phone calls. He is very knowledgeable, but doesn't keep me informed. I have had meetings cancelled at the last minute. His tone in conversation is very degrading.
