Replied last November 03, 2024I know who this person is making this review. I cannot provide names due to ethics reasons, but I will respond: 1. The person who wrote this review refused to cooperate with my investigator and with my office when we repeatedly requested cooperation. 2. During the course of my investigation, we found that this individual was not telling the truth about key information and would routinely berate my staff and it is my policy to protect my staff/employees; they do not deserve to be treated in such a manner, 3. Everything was filed to preserve this individual’s rights and the Court permitted our withdrawal, 4. We welcome any other attorneys who wish to discuss this matter to contact us and these attorneys will be dealt with according to the facts and with counter suits under the Dragonetti Act. This is a disgruntled individual who lives in a distorted view of reality. I would not be surprised if this individual didn’t even write the review but had one of her family members do so.
