To begin with, Gary provided a free very THOROUGH consultation of my case (over the phone--which was important because I was too busy to come into anyone's office unnecessarily). During which he listened very carefully to the facts. He did not just assume that my case was like others he had heard be...fore, and I was impressed by this.
