David W. Tyree

I interviewed this lawyer for a pending case that needed legal representation. Mr. Tyree mentioned he previously won a case against the opposing lawyer when in fact; his statement was not exactly accurate. He charged me for a consultation (unknowingly) and proceeded to charge me fees that were unexpl...ainable as well as excessive, (I received monthly statements with no breakdown of charges-that would have been " a charge of additional fees for detailed billing"). He "chatted" via telephone to opposing lawyer (I was paying for his calls) much more than what was needed. He essentially did nothing but run up a bill all while going over the same information. He never accompanied me to court but yet I had an invoice totaling thousands of dollars. Take your money and seek counsel elsewhere. He is not a lawyer I would ever recommend.
