Hello, I am a VA service connected Disabled Marine Corps Veteran and have always been told by other so called 'expert' VA lawyers, including the Admin VA as well as a law professor that thought he was also a VA expert lawyer that my VA cases were unwinnable against the VA. Susan Paczak went above and beyond is dealing with the VA on my behalf. Her efforts resulted in my being recognized as having been exposed to Agent Orange though I was not "in country" by the VA where I on my own continued running into a brick wall. I can't thank her enough and most importantly she... kept me informed throughout the process and responded to my inquiries timely.

Susan took over my disability case and resolved all issues and now that it is resolved if I have a question or new issue she gives me her advice how I can handle it.
