Biography
Steven M. Barth is a trial attorney who has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic and severe injury cases throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania . His victories have spanned the fields of dramshop/ liquor liability, drunk driver negligence, product liability, civil rights, truck accidents, highway design, bad faith insurance cases and personal injury. In the past, he has assisted numerous clients and their families in trying to put their lives back together after a tragedy has struck.
Steve grew up in Toledo , Ohio and is a cum laude graduate of Ohio University . Following completion of his undergraduate degree, he moved to Pittsburgh and attended Duquesne University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2002. In 2009, he was selected to attend the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois , Wyoming which he completed in October of 2009. Since its inception in 1994, the Trial Lawyers College has trained approximately 850 attorneys from across the nation who have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best attorneys in the nation such as Gerry Spence, Rich Friedman, and others. In addition to having an active litigation practice, he is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
